new to create a "modern classic." Complete design
from post-construction phase, including floor plans, color
scheme, furniture and extensive details.
In consultation with owner, created contemporary yet
formal ambiance, blending family furniture with modern
pieces, unified with the choice of masculine chocolate
color and animal-pattern fabrics throughout.
The decoration and vintage accents also serve as
homage to the 1920s heritage of this revitalized Upper
Manhattan neighborhood.
